You may have read our post, “Fall Family Fun Events in Louisville“, but we thought we’d share some more kid friendly events going on right now! So, if you have little ones, and are looking for something fun (and inexpensive) to do, take a peek at these upcoming events.
1. Compass Christian Church’s Fall Festival (Benefitting SPARC Hope)
Compass Christian Church has been so generous to name us beneficiaries of their fall festival this year. While the festival itself does not cost any money, they will be accepting donations.
The kids will have a blast! Come check out the food trucks, facepainting and more.
This event will take place on Saturday, October 22nd, from 12:00 – 4:00 PM at Des Pres Park – 4709 Lowe Road, Louisville, KY 40220.

2. Trick or Treat at the Post
The VFW Post in Middletown has always been a great supporter of ours. That is why we are so excited to attend their upcoming Halloween event. This event will take place on Sunday, October 23rd from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
This is a free event that will include Trick-or-treat stations, hot dogs, chips and drinks. There will also be ice cream, homemade baked goods, and pumpkins for sale from Warren Farmstead.
The VFW Post 1170 is located at 107 Evergreen Road, Louisville, KY 40245.
So, grab the kids, dress up in your costumes and come on out to Trick-or-Treat at the Post!
3. Trick-or-Treat Middletown
Last, but certainly not least, we have Trick-or-Treat Middletown. This is an annual Trick or treat / Pancake Breakfast put on by the Middletown Chamber of Commerce. As members of the Chamber, we are so excited to attend this event. The Middletown Chamber has always been so supportive of us and loves to include our staff and our clients at their events.
This event is free and includes a pancake breakfast, trick or treat stations, games, face painting, and much more! It will take place Saturday, October 22nd from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. It will take place in the First Baptist Church parking lot, located at 11711 Main Street, Louisville, KY 40243.
If it happens to rain, they will reschedule the event for the following Saturday (10/29).
Make sure to come in costume!!
