Pantry – Recycling

OVERVIEW of Position

  • Support Pantry Lead in any activities related to pick up, loading, & unloading of products that are set for repurposing; donations, drop off, recycle, etc.

Position Responsibilities

  • Position will directly support Pantry Lead.
    • Assist Pantry Lead in repurposing non needed items from inventories; food, clothing, & Life Plan items.
  • Comfortable following prescribed processes from various donation sites & 3 rd party ministry partners.
  • Other duties as able or available to assist Pantry Lead

Position Skills

  • Physically able to load & unload inventory & drop offs.

Relationships Interactions

  • Works with donation partners, 3 rd party ministries, Pantry Lead, & other team members.

Time Commitment

  • 4 – 6 hours per week, position is flexible to fit volunteers schedule.
