OVERVIEW of Position

  • Assists Office & Operations Lead in maintaining data integrity in agreed systems.
  • Inputs agreed existing written documentation into systems.
  • Regularly verifies system data for accuracy & timeliness.
  • May be involved in developing data reports.
  • Understands & follows all processes for escalation of any identified concerns.
  • Assists Office & Operations Lead to develop any improvements in data systems to increase compliance & accuracy.

Position Responsibilities

  • Position requires systems updating &/or verification, as assigned by Team Lead.
  • Become familiar with & maintain proficiency in current office systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all actions, escalating any concerns or issues quickly to Programs Lead.
  • In coordination with Office & Operations Lead look for any improvements in processes or systems to increase accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Position Skills

  • Comfortable working in existing data systems.
  • Computer systems proficiency, ability to learn & support existing systems
  • Ability to work independently, while being accountable for data systems.
  • Comfortable assessing situations that may need to be escalated.
  • Efficiency in managing assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to cover other tasks in support of Operations Lead.

Relationships Interactions

  • Works directly in existing systems, much of the time working independently.

Time Commitment

  • 2 – 4 hours per week; schedule & location may be flexible to accommodate work load & volunteer’s schedule.
