OVERVIEW of Position
- Assists Office & Operations Lead in maintaining data integrity in agreed systems.
- Inputs agreed existing written documentation into systems.
- Regularly verifies system data for accuracy & timeliness.
- May be involved in developing data reports.
- Understands & follows all processes for escalation of any identified concerns.
- Assists Office & Operations Lead to develop any improvements in data systems to increase compliance & accuracy.
Position Responsibilities
- Position requires systems updating &/or verification, as assigned by Team Lead.
- Become familiar with & maintain proficiency in current office systems.
- Maintain confidentiality in all actions, escalating any concerns or issues quickly to Programs Lead.
- In coordination with Office & Operations Lead look for any improvements in processes or systems to increase accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
Position Skills
- Comfortable working in existing data systems.
- Computer systems proficiency, ability to learn & support existing systems
- Ability to work independently, while being accountable for data systems.
- Comfortable assessing situations that may need to be escalated.
- Efficiency in managing assigned tasks.
- Willingness to cover other tasks in support of Operations Lead.
Relationships Interactions
- Works directly in existing systems, much of the time working independently.
Time Commitment
- 2 – 4 hours per week; schedule & location may be flexible to accommodate work load & volunteer’s schedule.
