We are so excited to have everyone meet Kara! She will be working as our Development Coordinator. This position is an integral member of the SPARC Hope team. She will be responsible for fostering a culture of philanthropy and securing funds to support our mission and programs. This role will provide daily management to a growing and comprehensive development program, overseeing all aspects of fund raising with a particular focus on annual giving, corporate/foundation relations and grants, donor prospect management, stewardship, and special events. We have no doubt she will be amazing in this position!

“I was born and raised in Louisville, went to Male High School & University of Louisville.
My college sweetheart, Jim, and I have been married for almost 20 years in April. We have two very active teenagers, Reed & Ryan.
We have an amazing 10-year old golden doodle named Holden. He is absolutely my favorite child! 😉
In my spare time, I enjoy watching the boys play high school baseball, golf and lacrosse.
And we love to cheer for the CARDS!
